Recognizing the power of scale, I transitioned into a role as a Senior Project Manager for multi-family developments, orchestrating complex, large-scale builds while honing my skills in budget tracking, modern scheduling, and meticulous documentation. Leveraging this expertise, I took the ultimate entrepreneurial leap, launching my own commercial construction enterprise from the ground up, scaling its operations across three states, and ultimately navigating a successful acquisition. Today, as the founder of Raycor, I bring that full spectrum of expertise—merging hard-earned artisanal craftsmanship with sophisticated project management systems—to provide unwavering reliability, transparent integrity, and unparalleled quality for every property we touch.
